To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash paprika
8-10 c. bibb and leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 avocado, peeled, sliced and tossed lightly in lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings

For Dressing: 6 hours or more before serving, put all ingredients into a blender. Blend well and refrigerate. Just before serving, blend again. To assemble salad: In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, mandarin oranges, avocado slices and onion rings. Toss lightly with dressing and serve. This is especially nice with chicken. Serves 8-10.
