To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

1/4 c. water
1 egg
2 lbs. chicken parts
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Beat egg with water. Dip chicken in bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and paprika, then in egg and again in bread crumb mixture. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square dish with 1 tablespoon oil. Place chicken in dish; sprinkle with remaining oil. Cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes; turn chicken over. Cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes. Top with tomato sauce and season with oregano. Cook on HIGH 12-14 minutes or until sauce is hot. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and let stand, covered, 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serves 4.
