To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. dry bread crumbs
3 lb. chicken, cut up

Saute garlic and butter in a 2-quart baking dish for 2 minutes on high. Combine parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder and bread crumbs in flat dish. Dip chicken in garlic butter, then in bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken pieces in the 2-quart baking dish with meaty portions toward outside of dish and bony pieces toward the center. Sprinkle on any remaining crumbs. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 15 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and continue cooking on high 15 minutes or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
