To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

3 tbsp. oil
2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 med. green pepper, cut in sm. chunks
1/2 c. cashew, halved

In oblong dish, heat oil at high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Combine chicken, garlic, soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, and ginger. Add to dish and heat at high 3-4 minutes, stir twice. Add green pepper and cashews. Heat covered with plastic wrap at high 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until chicken and green pepper are tender. Stir once. To complete, let stand 3 minutes before serving.
