To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1 med. cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced (1-1/4 c.)
1/2 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings (1 c.)

ADVANCE PREPARATION: Layer tomatoes, cucumber,
and onion in shallow glass dish.
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine oil, vinegar, salt, basil, tarragon, and pepper;
beat well with rotary beater. Pour mixture over vegetables.
Cover; refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

BEFORE SERVING: Drain vegetables, reserving marinade.
Arrange marinated vegetables in lettuce-lined bowl.
Pass reserved marinade. Makes 6 servings.
