Basil Tomato Squares

3 large tomatoes
1 package basil, fresh
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup garlic-cheese salad dressing (Light Fantastic 95% fat free)
1 loaf sliced San Francisco Sour Dough Bread
1 package grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)

Cube all tomatoes. In food processor, chop and clean basil leaves. Mix together in a bowl cubed tomatoes, chopped basil leaf, garlic-cheese salad dressing. Set aside at least 1 hour. Mix butter or margarine with minced garlic. Spread on sliced sour dough bread and place on cookie sheet. Brown on 500 degrees for approximately 5-7 minutes (watch browning). After browning bread scoop approximately 2 tablespoons on each slice and garnish with Parmesan cheese. .
