Rice and Tomato Casserole

1 cup long grain rice
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 cup chicken, chopped
1 cup ham, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon. thyme
1 tablespoon margarine

Simmer the onions and bell pepper in the margarine until tender. Then add the chicken, ham, thyme, rice and the tomatoes, diced and the juice. Mix all the ingredients and pour in your casserole dish. Pour the chicken broth over top. Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
