Tomato Casserole

1 lg. can tomatoes
1 c. sm. pearl onions
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of marjoram
Dash of thyme

Sauté onions in 3 tablespoons butter. Mix remaining
ingredients, put in casserole dish. Dot with butter.
Bake covered 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Then
bake uncovered for 5 minutes to brown cheese.
