Skillet Turkey Dish
3 c. turkey, chicken, or ham, cooked, cubed
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. oil
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 14 3/4oz. can green beans, drained
Heat turkey and thyme in oil in skillet, 3 minutes. Blend soup with milk; add to
skillet with vegetables. Heat through. Serve over hot buttered noodles, mashed
potatoes or hot biscuits, if desired.
