Turkey Mornay

2 cup cut up leftover turkey
1 large package frozen broccoli chunks

Mornay sauce
1 stick margarine
3 heaping tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
6 ounces sharp cheese
bread crumbs

Place the leftover turkey in bottom of an oblong glass baking dish. Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Sprinkle broccoli over turkey or chicken. Make the mornay sauce. Melt margarine, stir in flour. Add milk, heat and stir until thickened. Add cheese until melted. Pour over turkey and broccoli layers. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.gredients and spoon over loaf. Bake for 20 minutes more.
Serves 4 to 6.
