Bisquick Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hershey's vanilla milk chips or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together cocoa and butter until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Let dough stand 10 minutes. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set (do not overbake). Cool 5 minutes. Remove from baking sheets. Cool completely. Store tightly covered. Yield: 4 dozen.
