Glorified Butterscotch Pie
1 graham cracker crust
1 can eagle brand milk
3/4 cup REAL maple syrup-not pancake or waffle syrup
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2-1 cup toasted coconut (toast in 350 oven until golden brown)
8 ounce container cool whip
Combine first 3 ingredients well and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Add
pecans and stir constantly and briskly (to keep bubbling down) for 2 minutes.
Pour into prepared crust and let cool. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with
toasted coconut. Refrigerate.
